For Institutions

One counsellor for
four thousand students.
Let us change that.

We build mental-health programmes for Indian schools, campuses and workplaces — the qualified clinicians, the WhatsApp access young people will actually use, the training for the adults around them, and the crisis protocol you hope never to need.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Often we'll tell you the problem is smaller than you think.

You will never see what an individual says in session. Not a name, not a transcript, not a list of who booked. You get overall patterns and how much the programme is used — nothing that could identify one student or one employee. A programme that breaks this promise is a programme nobody uses, and we would rather lose the contract.

who we build for

Six kinds of room, six different problems

A play school and a UPSC coaching institute share almost nothing except the need. Programs are scoped to what is actually happening in your building.

Play Schools & Early Years

Pre-primary and daycare, ages 2–6

At this age the work is rarely with the child. It's with exhausted parents, first-time separation anxiety, and teachers holding twenty small nervous systems at once.

  • Parent counselling and drop-off anxiety clinics
  • Emotional-regulation training for teachers and helpers
  • Early-signal guidance — when a behaviour is a phase, and when it isn't

Schools

Classes 1–12, day and boarding

Board exam pressure. Bullying that now follows students home through their phones. And teenagers who will talk to almost anyone except the counsellor sitting next to the principal's office.

  • An on-call counsellor students reach on WhatsApp, not by appointment slip
  • Gatekeeper training so teachers know what to notice and what to say
  • Parent evenings, and a written protocol for the hard days

Colleges & Universities

UG, PG and residential campuses

First time away from home. Hostel loneliness. Placement season. Breakups. Drink and drugs. All of it lands on a counselling cell with one counsellor for four thousand students.

  • Capacity behind your existing cell, not a replacement for it
  • Peer-supporter training for student volunteers
  • Anonymous access, so nobody has to be seen walking in

Coaching Institutes

JEE, NEET, UPSC, CAT and board coaching

The highest-stakes rooms in the country. Rank lists, hostel isolation far from family, and a duty of care that is now under real public and regulatory scrutiny.

  • Screening at intake and before every major mock cycle
  • 24x7 escalation path with a named clinician on the other end
  • Faculty training on the language that lowers the stakes instead of raising them

Companies & Startups

From 20-person teams to enterprise

Burnout that shows up as people leaving. Managers handling conversations they were never trained for. And an employee assistance programme nobody uses, because the number is buried on an intranet page.

  • Sessions your team books themselves, in the language they think in
  • Manager training for the conversation before the resignation
  • Aggregate wellbeing reporting — patterns, never people

NGOs & Public Bodies

Field teams, frontline and government programmes

Vicarious trauma is an occupational hazard for anyone doing this work, and it is almost never budgeted for until someone breaks.

  • Debriefing and trauma support built into the work cycle
  • Supervision groups for field staff and case workers
  • Scoping and reporting that suits a grant application

what's inside

Six parts. You take what fits.

Nothing here is a bundle you have to buy whole. Most programmes start with two or three of these and grow.

Counselling that's actually reachable

Certified psychologists, online, in your language, booked by the person who needs them — no gatekeeper, no form countersigned by a supervisor.

Manu, on your campus

Our WhatsApp companion, set up for your institution. Always awake, speaks Hinglish, and knows when to stop being the hero and hand over to a human.

Workshops that aren't assemblies

Small-room sessions on exam pressure, burnout, sleep, and asking for help — run by clinicians, not motivational speakers.

Training the people already there

Teachers, wardens, managers and peer volunteers learn what to notice, what to say, and exactly where to pass it on.

Anonymous screening

Voluntary check-ins that give you a real picture of the year ahead, so budget and staffing follow evidence instead of anecdote.

A crisis protocol in writing

Who is called, in what order, within what window — with escalation to Tele-MANAS 14416 and emergency services built in and rehearsed.

how it starts

A pilot with an end date

No annual contract before anyone has seen it work. Scope small, measure honestly, then decide.

01

A conversation

Thirty minutes on what you're seeing and what you've already tried. No deck, no pitch. Often we'll tell you the problem is smaller than you think.

02

A scoped pilot

One cohort, one department, one campus — for a term or a quarter. Priced per seat, with a defined end date so nobody is signing a blind contract.

03

Rollout

What worked gets extended, what didn't gets dropped. Onboarding materials, launch comms and training run by us.

04

Quarterly review

Overall patterns, how much the programme is used, and an honest read on what the numbers do and do not tell you.

before you ask

The questions procurement asks first

No, and this is not negotiable. What someone says in a session stays between them and their psychologist, exactly as it would if they had come to us on their own. You get totals only: how many people used the programme, the broad themes, and how usage changes over time. Never names. Never transcripts. Never a list of who booked. There is one exception, and every clinician works under it: a serious and immediate risk to someone's safety. We agree that crisis protocol with you before we start.

let's scope it

Tell us what you're seeing.

Send us your institution, rough headcount, and what prompted this. We'll come back within two working days with either a scoping call or an honest note saying we're not the right fit.
