Love Life Counselling

For the part of your love life you are working through alone. Your partner does not need to attend, or to know. This is one-to-one work on what you want, what keeps repeating, and what you are willing to accept. The relationship can be ongoing, ending, or not started yet.

what you get

  • One-on-one — your partner does not need to know or attend
  • Breakups, situationships, dating burnout, and infidelity
  • Arranged-marriage pressure and choosing across family lines
  • No judgement about what you want or who you want it with

who it can help

You do not need a diagnosis to start.

  • Breakups, situationships, and relationships nobody else is taking seriously
  • Dating fatigue, repeated patterns, jealousy, or the aftermath of infidelity
  • Arranged-marriage pressure, and wanting someone your family has not agreed to

what happens

How your sessions will work.

01

The actual situation

Told once, in full, to someone with no stake in the outcome and no opinion about who you should be with.

02

The pattern underneath

What keeps recurring across relationships, and which parts of it are yours to change. This is where one-on-one work does what couples work cannot.

03

What you will and will not accept

Ending with something you can hold onto when the conversation gets hard, or when the phone lights up at midnight.

your therapy pathway

What the journey looks like.

Often 3–8 sessions. This is the usual shape, not a contract. Your practitioner adjusts the pace to you, and you can pause or stop whenever you want.

  1. Session 1

    The whole story

You tell it once, in full, to someone with no stake in the outcome and no opinion about who you should be with.

  2. Sessions 2–3

    The pattern

You look at what keeps repeating across relationships, and which parts are yours to change.

  3. Middle sessions

    Decide and practise

Whether to stay, leave, or wait. You practise the conversations that are hardest to have.

  4. Towards the end

    Something to hold onto

You leave with clarity about what you want and what you will accept, for the next time the phone lights up at midnight.
